These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website and all services provided by Oceans Elite Co., Ltd. By booking a charter or using our website, you agree to comply with these Terms.

• A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking.
• The remaining balance must be paid prior to departure and must be received as cleared funds in our bank account or approved payment gateway before the charter can commence.
• Payments may be made by bank transfer or credit card.
• Credit card payments are subject to a 4% processing fee.
• For payments made from overseas or from an international bank account, we strongly recommend making payment at least 3 working days before the charter date to allow sufficient time for funds to clear.
• No charter will depart until cleared funds are confirmed in our bank account or payment gateway.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to departure will incur a charge of 50% of the total charter price.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made by the customer on the day of the charter.
• If there is a mechanical or technical issue with the vessel, a suitable replacement will be offered. If a suitable replacement is not available or not acceptable, a full refund will be issued.
• Full refund will be issued only if an official government weather warning prohibits all boats from operating.

• Charters operate weather permitting.
• The Captain has the final authority to cancel or modify the itinerary based on safety conditions.

• All vessels are fully insured for charter operations.
• Oceans Elite Co., Ltd. is not liable for loss, injury, or delay due to weather, mechanical issues, or external factors.

• Passengers must comply with safety instructions.
• Illegal substances and excessive alcohol use are prohibited.
• Damage to the vessel due to misconduct will be charged to the responsible party.

• Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
• Pets are not allowed unless explicitly approved in advance.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Disputes shall be settled in Thai courts.
